The Maxwell Strachan Group is a top producing real estate team that is owned and operated by mother daughter duo Margaret Maxwell and Meredith Strachan. Combined, they have over a quarter century of real estate experience in the Greater New Orleans area.

Margaret Maxwell, licensed Realtor, is a New Orleans native with an extensive background in various areas of real estate including title work, marketing and client relations. Her many years of experience and the relationships she has forged uniquely position Margaret with the tools and capability to tackle any matter that may arise, big or small. Margaret has been included in her office’s top 10 producers list for many years running. She holds a B.A. degree from Louisiana State University in Advertising and Marketing.

Meredith Strachan, licensed Realtor, received her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2006. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Meredith was a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and specialized in oil and gas contracts. She brings her legal expertise to the all-important, detail critical, contractual side of the business. Meredith also administers the Maxwell Strachan Group’s expanding digital footprint, promoting properties by way of an ever-growing email database, popular real estate websites, social media, and a customized digital newsletter.
